All services are non-gratuity, by appointment only, and reserved by a credit card.

Please allow 24 hours for cancellation and rescheduling requests.

We are happy to accept returns and exchanges for Aveda products when accompanied by a receipt. All jewelry sales are final and professional equipment is covered by manufacturer's warranties.

Gift Card Policy:

Gift cards are not transferrable, may not be returned, may not be redeemed for cash or used to purchase another gift card. Service prices are subject to change. Jackson Ruiz Salon is not responsible for lost or stolen cards.
